Inaugural meeting of strategic alliance of intellectual property protection was held in Novotel Hotel in Nanjing Suning Galaxy in Xuzhuang software Park on April 15th, 2012. Setting up of the Alliance aims at providing legal assistance and protection to scientific and technological innovative enterprises and talents. The initial system is to integrate universities, research institutes, innovative and hi-tec exterprises, administrative organs, judicial authorityies, intellectual property agencies, industry associations and academics, for the first time, to form, with "business, administrative, judicial jointly working together", a protection to intellectual property rights.
The Alliance for intellectual property protection was initiated and launched by Nanjing people's Procuratorate. The organization consists of 146 members now, among which 21 comes from the branch Union of universities and research institutes, 86 from the branch Union of sci-tech innovation enterprise and 14 from the expert committee. Aosaikang is one of the members of the Union.
The main line of this Alliance is to serve the scientific and technological innovation and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights. It also deliberate approaches of law assistance to the enterprises and protection measures and put forward intellectual property rights protection practice and proposals applicable within the industry and regions. It will improve the self-protection ability and consciousness of the Union members, meanwhile enhances the capability and level of administrative and judicial protection of intellectual property rights.
